Bonus Mission Pack solution...
I have browsed some of the mission pack threads, and there's a solution that I didn't see in there, so I decided to bring it up:
Make the mission pack avaliable for purchase in the online store.
The mission pack promotion was designed to get people to buy items online, and it was a reward for those that met the requirements.
Now, some people didn't want to pay for extra slots, or skills packs, or whatever in order to meet the requirement, and others weren't able to do so during the alotted time period, even if they wanted.
By adding the mission pack as an individual purchase item in the store, it encourages people to use the store, and it pleases the people who didn't meet the initial promotion requirements. Also, the people who did get it the first time won't feel cheated, since they essentially got it for free, because they purchased items in the store that they benefit from anyway. I think this solves everybody's complaints, and makes everybody, including Anet, satisfied.

Not all people have credit cards. Sorry but this doesn't work.

I didn't say everybody should get it, I said this solves the problem of people who want the mission pack and didn't get it the first time. This solution serves both the players, and Anet, as it adds another item to be purchased in their store, and pleases the people who want it.
If you don't have access to a credit card, then you don't get it. That's not my problem, but at least this solution gives people the opportunity to get it.

Not an answer, If you were able to earn it via the store you missed your chance
I know it sucks not to have it - but it follows the same theme as the "divine aura" its was a Limited time thing
The only problem was for those who could not purchase via the store (Took me an age to get my card working )
- So offering it in the store is not an answer!

I didn't read every post, I just browsed. Most people were suggesting that the time period be extended or have the promotion start again, not to add the pack to be purchased individually. If this has been suggested, I apologize.

How is it not an answer? I understand the concept behind the promotion itself, which was to promote spending in the store. The buisness model behind GW is content based, not subscription based, meaning the money is being made through purchases. That's why they don't charge a monthly fee. If they added the pack by itself to the store, it provides another item (that is in demand BTW), thus adding additional revenue which is what they wanted to begin with.

I honestly don't know what the big deal is with the BMS pack. If they sold it for more than a $1 people would be screaming about how their money was robbed. It accounts for about an 90 minutes of gametime and a couple weapons you can't trade for anything. It's a nice freebie but it's really not worth paying money for (in my opinion). That said I got it without realizing it when I purchased a game online back in July.

I realize that's your opinion, which you are entitled to, but a lot of people want this pack (who didn't get it the first time) for whatever reason, and would buy it if it were in the store with a price of $5-10 bucks.

On the same note, don't alot of people want the glowing hands thing from the collectors edition of prophecies? That goes for like $400 on ebay, but they don't sell it at the store.
I'm not saying they shouldn't make it available, just that I think going back on your word is the worse of the two evils. They sold it as an exclusive offer to get people to spend money in their store that they probably don't have to pay a ton of money to their publisher.
Retail store is probably a pretty small profit after the publisher takes their cut, packaging, marketing, etc. Online store = majority goes to Arenanet.
